Create a user ID for the AT&T Customer Center
If you have a legacy landline account in certain states, you can use your phone number as an ID to sign in to your account online. You’ll manage this account through the AT&T Customer Center, not in myAT&T.
Enter your billing telephone number and online registration code. (See the Get your online registration code section if you don’t have a code.)
Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
All set? You can now sign in to the AT&T Customer Center with your phone number to manage your account online. (You can’t change your user ID.)
Get your online registration code
We’ll give you an online registration code when you sign up to manage your account in the AT&T Customer Center. This code is required by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help protect your privacy.
