Turn in a repair ticket

You can use these steps when turning in a repair ticket:
  1. Go to att.com/repair and select Home Phone.
  2. Enter your home phone number and select Continue.
  3. Tell us about the problem you're having, then select Continue.
  4. Review any troubleshooting steps to see if you can fix it yourself.
  5. Follow the prompts to submit your ticket.
