Looking for your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password (network key) to connect devices to your Wi-Fi network? Here’s how to find them.

Get your network info

The label on your Wi-Fi gateway or All-Fi™ Hub is the quickest way to get default Wi-Fi network info. If you changed your Wi-Fi name or password from the default, you can get it from the settings screen or Smart Home Manager.

Wi-Fi gateway or All-Fi Hub

You'll find a label with your default Wi-Fi settings.
  • Wi-Fi name is labeled Wi-Fi Network Name.
  • Wi-Fi password is labeled Wi-Fi Password. macOS® users may need to enter $ at the beginning of the password

Settings screen

You can also get network info from a device connected to your home network. This is useful if your Wi-Fi info has changed. Just go to your gateway or hub settings.

Smart Home Manager

Find your Wi-Fi network info using your ID and password on any computer or mobile device, no matter where you are. Sign in to Smart Home Manager

Don’t have the Smart Home Manager app? Download it from the Apple App store or Google Play store
