What do I do for Internet Air error codes E012 or E015?
These codes mean you haven’t completed your registration. Here's how to finish:
Open your smartphone and turn off Wi-Fi® to connect to cellular data.
Sign in to the AT&T Smart Home Manager app and complete the Internet Air installation. Don't have the app yet?

What does Internet Air error code E016 mean?
This code means there's an issue preventing your All-Fi Hub from activating. Wait a little bit and then try your activation again.

What do I do for Internet Air error code E005?
The E005 error code means there is a power on self-test (POST) failure and your hub can’t start up.
Try these options to fix the issue:
Power:
Check the power outlet the hub is plugged into. Make sure it works.
Restart your All-Fi Hub:
Press and release the reset button or unplug your hub and then plug it back in. The restart may take up to five minutes.
Reset your hub to factory settings:
Press the reset button for 10 seconds. The reset may take up to 10 minutes.
How do I fix Internet Air error codes E008, E009, or E010?
Code meaning
E008:
Hub is overheating and shutting down
E009:
 Hub is too hot
E010:
 Hub is too cold

Make sure your All-Fi Hub is in the best location
. It should be:
On a hard, flat surface, away from direct sunlight
In a well-ventilated area with clearance for airflow
Restart your hub:
Press and release the reset button. The restart may take up to five minutes.
What does Internet Air error code E400 mean?
This error means there’s an issue with your eSIM profile. Try these options:
