If you manage your accounts using myAT&T, you already have a user ID. If you have more than one account, you might have more than one user ID. Make sure to sign in with the ID for the account you want to manage.

You can access these accounts and apps with a single user ID:

  • AT&T WirelessSM, AT&T Mobile Services (like AT&T Messages), and NumberSyncSM for wearables
  • AT&T Internet, Internet Air, Fixed Wireless Internet, and DSL
