Sign out of AT&T email from all devices and programs.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Restart your browser.
Sign in to your AT&T email account.
If none of these work, try accessing your email a little later.
This error means that your AT&T email account has been accessed from more than one location or device. To fix this error:
Sign out of AT&T email from all devices and programs.

Sign in to your AT&T email account.
Some computer programs, such as browser add-ons, may prevent the rich-text toolbar from working properly. This can cause problems sending mail. To switch to the plain text toolbar:
Select Compose from your email imbox.
Choose the double arrow button (<<) on the formatting toolbar.
Complete your email, then send it.
