2. Pack your device and all original components in the original packaging.
3. Save the prepaid shipping label tracking number for your records and ship your device back via UPS.

Ensure all your photos, videos, and contacts are backed up.
Be sure to disable the Find my apps for your device and sign out of any cloud services.
This includes contacts, photos, and videos—as well as all your passwords and user locks.
Also remove any accessories, SIM, or memory cards.
The final step—reset your device to its factory settings.
