Cloud storage details

The AT&T Personal Cloud app shows you how much storage you’re using, so you’ll know if you’re close to running out.

Good to know: If you need more cloud storage, you can upgrade your add-on with the myAT&T app or at myPrepaid.

Cloud storage renewals

  • Your 100GB of cloud storage will remain active as long as your eligible plan is active.
  • Your Personal Cloud add-on auto-renews each month, if you have enough money in your account balance. You can stop the auto-renew in the myAT&T app or at myPrepaid

FYI: If you signed up for AutoPay, your payment will include any Personal Cloud add-ons.

Changes to your account

If you:

  • Switch to a plan that doesn’t include Personal Cloud: Your AT&T Personal Cloud account will become inactive. You can still access and download your content for 30 days before it’s deleted. You may have to wait 24 hours to access your cloud account after you switch plans. Any content left in the cloud after 30 days will be deleted.
  • Change your phone number: It may take up to 24 hours before you can access your Personal Cloud account again.
  • Want to transfer your number to another carrier: Download any content stored in the cloud before you do. You won’t have access to the AT&T Personal Cloud after you transfer your number.

If you:

  • Close your account or your plan or add-on expires: You have 30 days to access your stored content before it’s deleted.
  • Want to renew your add-on: Open the myAT&T app or go to myPrepaid. You may have to renew your plan or buy the Personal Cloud Add-On again.
