Requests are available to current employees, former employees, retirees, applicants, current contractors and former contractors currently residing in California.

If you&rsquo;ve been more than one type of employee, you can make a request for each type. For example: If you&rsquo;re a retiree and a current contractor, you can send both a retiree request and a current contractor request.

We&rsquo;ll work as quickly as possible. We&rsquo;re required to give you a data report within 45 days. It may take 90 days if we find we need more time - but we&#39;ll be sure to let you know.

&bull; Competitive total rewards programs
