How long do requests to view my data take?

We’ll work as quickly as possible. If you live in California, we’re required to give you a report within 45 days. If we need more time, we may take 90 days – but we’ll be sure to let you know.

We use your data to do things like deliver your service and personalize experiences and offers – just for you. Here’s some of the data we may have:

• Information you’ve given us, like your home address for billing.
• Data from our services you’ve used, like phone and internet.
• In some cases, information about your interests and demographics for marketing.

What will I see in my access report?

Your report will have items linked to you, like information about your services with us, and marketing info.

You can explore a data summary. We include these items in states where it is required, and we generally include them in other states, too. Please note: We cannot guarantee that all our vendors will provide information in states where it is not required.

What happens when I ask for my data to be deleted?

We process your request by following the rules of states with deletion laws. They allow us to keep data for things like:

• Running the business.
• Security and fraud protection.
• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Marketing our products and services to our own customers.
We will ask our vendors to also delete your information following the rules of states with deletion laws. However, we cannot guarantee that all our vendors will delete information for residents of states where deletion is not required
