AT&T All-Fi Pro Plan Details
AT&T ALL-FI PRO PLAN DETAILS
(version April 1, 2025)
Please read this agreement carefully, as it constitutes the legal agreement between you and AT&T with respect to the AT&T All-Fi Pro service ("All-Fi Pro"). This agreement (the "Plan Details") supplements the AT&T Consumer Service Agreement with respect to All-Fi Pro. These Plan Details are in addition to and do not supersede or replace the terms of service applicable to your AT&T home internet service which can be referenced in the AT&T Consumer Service Agreement (https://www.att.com/legal/terms.consumerServiceAgreement.html).
All-Fi Pro includes access to the latest AT&T home internet equipment (also referred to as the "equipment upgrade program"), extended wi-fi coverage via the AT&T Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service ("Extended Wi-Fi Coverage") and premium internet security via the AT&T ActiveArmorSM Advanced Internet Security service ("Advanced Internet Security") (each a "Service" and collectively the "Services").
Your agreement to the AT&T Consumer Service Agreement and your use of the Services constitutes agreement to these Plan Details. If you do not agree to these terms, please cease use of the Services and uninstall any related apps or equipment.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The AT&T Consumer Services Agreement includes provisions governing the resolution of disputes with respect to services you may receive from AT&T and your relationship with AT&T, including with respect to matters covered by these Plan Details. For more information and to review those terms, please see the AT&T Consumer Service Agreement. (https://www.att.com/legal/terms.consumerServiceAgreement.html)
GENERAL PLAN DETAILS:
Active AT&T Internet service with a compatible AT&T Wi-Fi Gateway is required for All-Fi Pro. Your use of All-Fi Pro and the included features are at all times subject to the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement, these Plan Details and any service or feature-specific terms you may be asked to agree to. Your use of the Services confirms your agreement to be bound by the terms of the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement and these Plan Details. If you do not agree, you must cancel All-Fi Pro and terminate your use of the Services. Termination of your AT&T home internet service will also terminate your All-Fi Pro.
Installation and Billing. If you purchase All-Fi Pro as an add-on to your internet service, your All-Fi Pro may require technician installation and billing will begin immediately upon eligible internet fiber service activation and/or completion of technician installation. Monthly billing will continue even if one of the component services or included features is deactivated or uninstalled. All-Fi Pro is billed on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time by contacting AT&T Customer Care at 800.288.2020 or logging in to att.com or myatt.com.
If All-Fi Pro is included with your internet service (i.e. multi-gig Fiber), installation and billing of All-Fi Pro will be coordinated with installation and billing of your service. If you move to an internet service that does not include All-Fi Pro, you may be charged separately for All-Fi Pro unless your All-Fi Pro is cancelled. If you do not want to be charged for All-Fi Pro, you will need to cancel All-Fi Pro.
Terms Used in these Plan Details. When we say "you" or "your," we mean any individual who downloads, installs, or uses any of the Services and any person or entity represented by that individual. When we say "AT&T," "we," "our" or "us," we mean the AT&T company providing your Internet Service and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, vendors, suppliers, successors and assigns. "Services" include the equipment upgrade program, Extended Wi-Fi Coverage and Advanced Internet Security and the component services described herein, along with any website, feature, software, functionality, license code, add-on, extension, content, or services provided in connection with the Service, and any updates to these items. When we say "Home Gateway," we mean the network interface device which AT&T has provided for the purpose of connecting your home network or LAN to AT&T’s internet access services, including the AT&T Home Gateway.
Your Obligation for Other Users. If you add any of the Services (especially the Advanced Internet Security) to any eligible AT&T home internet account, you are responsible for explaining to any user you allow to access your internet service any limitations or conditions you impose on that user's ability to access the internet, including but not limited to blocking or unblocking access to particular websites or URLs and the possibility that the user’s device(s) may be scanned for security weaknesses or threats. If you are accepting this Agreement as an account holder of a home internet account for a household of multiple users, you are accepting these Terms on behalf of each user you allow to access the internet via your AT&T Fiber, AT&T Internet or AT&T Internet Air service, including without limitation any minors or children who you allow to access your internet services.
Cancellation / Termination. You can cancel All-Fi Pro at any time by contacting AT&T Customer Care at 800.288.2020 or logging in to att.com or myatt.com. If All-Fi Pro is not included in your internet service, to stop being billed for the All-Fi Pro you must either cancel the service or switch to an option that does not include All-Fi Pro. There is no termination fee for canceling All-Fi Pro. Visit att.com/howtocancel for more information.
Cancellation of All-Fi Pro will not cancel your AT&T Internet Service. Cancellation or termination of your AT&T home internet service will also result in the termination of your All-Fi Pro.
Upon cancellation of All-Fi Pro, Extended Wi-Fi Coverage and Advanced Internet Security will also be cancelled. Wi-Fi extenders provided as part of Extended Wi-Fi Coverage will cease working. If you wish to continue to Extended Wi-Fi Coverage or Advanced Internet Security on a standalone basis, you will need to reorder and reactivate those services individually.
If you are terminating All-Fi Pro as part of also terminating AT&T internet service, you will be required to return all equipment related to your internet service and All-Fi Pro in order to avoid applicable equipment non-return fees. Details on these fees can be found in the AT&T Consumer Internet Fee Schedule at www.att.com/ConsumerInternetFees.
If you are terminating All-Fi Pro but retaining AT&T internet service, you may be required to swap out the upgraded Home Gateway for a standard model. If this is necessary, we will contact you and coordinate the exchange of equipment in a manner that minimizes disruption to your internet service. If we do not contact you about swapping out the upgraded Home Gateway, you may be allowed to continue utilizing your current upgraded Home Gateway until we contact you. Failure to swap out and return the upgraded Home Gateway when requested may result in an equipment non-return fee.
UPGRADED EQUIPMENT PROGRAM DETAILS:
All-Fi Pro includes both the latest AT&T Home Gateway and the opportunity to participate in a premium equipment upgrade program.
Latest Home Gateway. Eligible AT&T Fiber internet customers who subscribe to All-Fi Pro will receive AT&T’s latest model of consumer Home Gateway.
If you order All-Fi Pro as part of your order of AT&T home internet service (or it comes included with your AT&T home internet service), this Home Gateway will usually be included at installation of your AT&T home internet service. In the event that the latest model of Home Gateway is not available for installation, your Home Gateway will be swapped out with the latest model of Home Gateway once it becomes available. You will be required to return the other Home Gateway once your new Home Gateway has been installed and activated.
If you order All-Fi Pro after your AT&T home internet has already been installed, we will send you the latest Home Gateway once one becomes available. You will be required to return your existing Home Gateway once your new Home Gateway has been installed and activated.
Equipment Upgrade Program. Eligible All-Fi Pro customers will receive premium equipment upgrades, once new equipment becomes available. Once you are eligible for an equipment upgrade, we will alert you and arrange for your new equipment to be delivered and/or swapped for your existing equipment.
To be eligible for an equipment upgrade under the Al-Fi equipment upgrade program, you must be a current AT&T Fiber retail residential customer, who has maintained AT&T Fiber service and All-Fi Pro, in good standing, for at least 12 months since the initiation of service or since your last premium equipment upgrade. Customers who receive AT&T Fiber services through bulk or similar accounts, agreements, or arrangements through which services are paid by a third party (including employee discounts), are not eligible to participate in the upgrade program.
The All-Fi Pro equipment upgrade program applies to no more than one premium upgrade (internet gateway and/or extender service) to the equipment used in connection with the underlying AT&T home internet service in any three (3) year cycle, based on the date you initiated All-Fi Pro or the date of your last premium upgrade. Any changes to the All-Fi Pro subscription or the underlying AT&T home internet service, whether due to cancellation or interruption, may reset the start date for purposes of participation in the equipment upgrade program. Unless otherwise specified, that includes relocation of the underlying internet service to a new address or transfer of billing responsibility to a new individual.
AT&T All-Fi Pro related equipment and upgrades are subject to factors like availability, compatibility and the specific needs or conditions of your residence and the underlying home internet service. The number, make, and model of equipment, including Wi-Fi extenders, are not guaranteed and may vary based on the specific requirements of your residence and availability, as determined by AT&T at its discretion.
AT&T EXTENDED WI-FI COVERAGE SERVICE
The AT&T Extended Wi-Fi Coverage service is available for purchase on a standalone basis but comes included with Al-Fi Pro. Extended Wi-Fi Coverage is provisioned through additional Wi-Fi equipment, typically one or more Wi-Fi extenders. These will either be installed during your AT&T Internet service installation or sent to you for self-installation.
- Extended Wi-Fi Coverage is offered to AT&T home internet customers in order to extend the reach and performance of the home Wi-Fi network provided by the AT&T Home Wi-Fi Gateway included with your AT&T Internet Service
- Following your enrollment in Extended Wi-Fi Coverage, AT&T will provide you with the equipment ("Extended Wi-Fi Equipment") that AT&T determines advisable to expand and improve Wi-Fi performance in your home. AT&T reserves the right to make changes to the Extended Wi-Fi Equipment or offer replacement equipment as it deems necessary to reflect advances in technology and/or to address defects, malfunctions, obsolescence or changes in technical requirements.
- AT&T will determine the Extended Wi-Fi Equipment for your home based on the information which you make available concerning the Wi-Fi setup in your home, so you agree to make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information you make available is accurate and complete. Under normal conditions, customers will experience greater reach & speed performance with Extended Wi-Fi Coverage. However, AT&T cannot guarantee that every customer will experience expanded reach and performance with the Extended Wi-Fi Coverage because performance can be influenced by factors outside of AT&T’s control. You may be required to physically move equipment, connect via Ethernet cable and/or re-install equipment to achieve best results and to optimize and maintain performance over the life of the service.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Extended Wi-Fi Equipment is "AT&T Equipment", and your use of the Extended Wi-Fi Coverage remains subject to AT&T’s Acceptable Use Policy.
AT&T ACTIVEARMORSM ADVANCED INTERNET SECURITY
The AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Internet Security service is also available for purchase on a standalone basis but comes included with Al-Fi Pro. Advanced Internet Security includes advanced privacy and protection features beyond what is available with the AT&T ActiveArmorSM Internet Security which may already be included with your AT&T home internet service. To take advantage of these advanced features, you must separately activate AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Internet Security in the Smart Home Manager or MyATT app.
Disabling Component Services. You may disable Advanced Internet Security or any of the individual component services at any time. However, to complete termination of usage you may be required to uninstall and remove any associated applications from your devices and delete any copies in your possession. If you only disable a particular component service, other services may continue to operate until you separately disable them.
Enhanced Security Suite. Many of the services included with Advanced Internet Security utilize the same basic infrastructure as AT&T’s Enhanced Home Network Management & Device Security Suite (the "Enhanced Security Suite") included with the base version of AT&T ActiveArmorSM Internet Security. As a result, use of the Services requires simultaneous use of the Enhanced Security Suite.
Enhanced Security Suite Functionality. The Enhanced Security Suite is an Internet Gateway based service that uses a variety of advanced data collection, analysis and correlation technologies to collect, monitor and analyze technical and performance information about the operation of your home network, about the devices connected to your home network, the internet traffic that enters and leaves your home network and the devices connected to it, including, where applicable and without limitation, the addresses of websites visited (URLs), Internet Protocol (IP) packet header information (IPv4 and IPv6) used for addressing and routing data, the data transmitted in the internet packet payload, the IP and MAC addresses used for identifying and locating the devices on your home network, the make, model, and operating system and OS version used by your networking devices, your home network name, and your internet service provider (collectively, "Enhanced Home Network Data"). Monitoring Enhanced Home Network Data allows the Enhanced Security Suite to detect and identify potential security issues and/or home network problems at a network level, in many cases before they impact the security and/or performance of your home network and connected devices.
Enhanced Security Suite Features. The Enhanced Security Suite includes the following features. By activating and using the Enhanced Security Suite, you are also authorizing and agreeing to the functionality associated with each of these features. If at any time you no longer wish to take advantage of any of the functionality represented by a particular feature, it is your responsibility to disable that feature or to cancel the Service.
- Weak Password Detection. The Service scans devices connected to the user’s home network to see if the devices have direct login access capability. The Service will attempt to login using common passwords (i.e. password, admin, password123, etc.). If the Service gains access to the device, an alert will be sent indicating there is a weak password for the device and the user should change the password.
- Suspicious Behavior by Device. The Service monitors connected devices (nest thermostats, ring doorbell, Smart TVs, etc.) activity to determine normal behavior for the applicable device. If activity is recognized as abnormal/suspicious, the Service will attempt to block the activity, and the user will be notified of the issue.
- Block Inappropriate Content. The Service attempts to block certain inappropriate content from minor children based on user profiles established by the account holder.
- Malicious Site Blocking. The Service checks the validity of web sites that users may try to access. If the site is known to be a malicious site (phishing, malware, etc.), the site access will be blocked to prevent any negative impacts to the user. To override the blocking, the user will be given the option to add the web site to a white list.
- Home Network Intrusion Blocking. The Service monitors for potential intrusion attempts from outside the home. If an intrusion attempt is identified, the Service will attempt to block those external attacks and generate an alert so users can take measures to harden their network (i.e. stronger passwords, close open ports, etc.)
- Denial of Service (DDoS) Monitoring. The Service monitors devices within the home for signs they are being used as a launch point for a denial-of-service attack. Device which are identified as potentially being compromised (for example, by suddenly generating gigabytes of data traffic) will be flagged, the Service will attempt to block suspicious data, and a user notice will be generated.
- Home Network Vulnerability Scan. The Service scans the users home network on a periodic basis to identify weak spots like open ports that can be access point for external hackers and malicious bots. These vulnerabilities will be identified and reported to the users with possible methods to secure their network.
- Sensitive Data Protection. The Service evaluates data leaving the home network to identify if potentially sensitive personal data (i.e. SSN#, Credit Card #, username, passwords, etc.) is being transmitted in an unencrypted manner. The Service will attempt to block unencrypted transmission of identified potentially sensitive information and a user notice will be generated.
Security Dashboard. Security Dashboard offers a visualization of the different types and volumes of online threats the Enhanced Security Suite and Advanced Internet Security have blocked/or protected you against.
Advanced Content Controls. Advanced Content Controls allow you to select categories of websites to block based on profiles that you establish in the AT&T Smart Home Manager application, or any other application AT&T makes available for use with the Services. You may elect to apply pre-set filters (Kid, Teen, etc.), where a set of filters per category will be applied to a profile; or you may choose to customize content filters. CONTENT CONTROLS ARE BY THEIR NATURE IMPERFECT AND THE NATURE OF THE INTERNET MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GUARANTEE THAT A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF UNDESIRABLE CONTENT MAY STILL BE ACCESSIBLE DESPITE THE APPLICATION OF CONTENT CONTROLS. You remain responsible for monitoring any access which you seek to restrict, and you agree that you are solely responsible for explaining to any user any limitations or conditions you impose on that user's ability to access the internet, through the application of Advanced Content Controls, including but not limited to blocking or unblocking access to particular websites or URLs.
VPN at Home. VPN at Home is a Home Gateway based virtual private network (VPN) solution that offers the ability to establish a secure proxy within a device connected to your home network or LAN to encrypt unsecured web and application data traffic as it travels over the open (unencrypted) internet. VPN services are transitory digital network communications services, which help to enhance internet security and privacy. VPN AT HOME DOES NOT GUARANTEE COMPLETE SECURITY FOR YOUR DATA SINCE VULNERABILITIES MAY STILL EXIST AND COULD BE EXPLOITED.
VPN at Home may offer slower speeds than the speed of your underlying AT&T Internet or AT&T Fiber service, especially if used for international connectivity. Further, VPN at Home may not be fully compatible with all internet services, including video streaming apps. It may be necessary to disconnect the VPN to ensure compatibility.
BY USING THE VPN AT HOME, YOU AGREE THAT AT&T IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REDUCTION IN CONNECTIVITY SPEED YOU MAY ENCOUNTER AS A RESULT OF USING VPN OR FOR ANY COMPATBILITY ISSUES YOU MAY EXPERIENCE WHILE CONNECTING VIA VPN AT HOME. VPN at Home is provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranties and makes no representations of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the VPN at Home.
AT&T does not condone any unlawful use of VPN services, including VPN at Home. VPN at Home must always be used in a manner consistent with AT&T’s Acceptable Use Policy and may never be used for any criminal, illicit and illegal acts. By using VPN at Home, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself and on behalf of anyone you allow to access the internet via your home network or LAN, not to violate any law of any jurisdiction that you are originating from, any jurisdiction you are connecting to and any other applicable law. It is your responsibility to know, understand and comply with any and all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction or venue that concerns you, your actions and your use of VPN at Home.
ID Monitoring. ID Monitoring scans the internet to check for potential compromises of personal information. This feature will monitor the personal information you provide (e-mail, phone number, etc.) and you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to the service is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information will result in inaccurate or incomplete monitoring and/or reporting.
ID Monitoring searches for sensitive information in public records to create a map of your digital footprint. The service correlates pieces of information linked to your identity (names, gender, DOB, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, usernames, passwords, SSN, jobs, education, urls, photos, etc.) linked to your public identity. Where a potential data breach or possible impersonation is identified, the service offers actions to reduce the risks (such as changing a password).
After the onboarding, our system gathers pieces of information linked to your public identity and checks whether it has been exposed in a data breach or on the public Internet. The ID Monitoring service does not store the Information but will identify and display information to alert you of potential exposure of personal information.
ID MONITORING PROVIDES YOU TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO HELP YOU PROTECT YOURSELF FROM AND RECOVER FROM IDENTITY THEFT, NEVERTHELESS NO IDENTITY CAN BE COMPLETELY SECURE AND YOU ASSUME THE RISK
AT&T ACTIVEARMORSM ADVANCED INTERNET SECURITY CONDITIONS. Your use of AT&T ActiveArmorSM Advanced Internet Security and/or any of its component services is subject to the following additional conditions:
LIMITATIONS, DISCLAIMER. No internet security service can guarantee 100% detection of and/or protection against security threats and AT&T, its collaborators, and suppliers are not liable to you for any damage or loss resulting from the failure of the Services to detect and/or protect against a particular security threat. You also acknowledge that in the furtherance of scanning for or protecting against potential security threats, the Service could make changes to devices connected to your home network or applications on those devices that could affect the device’s functionality. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AT&T, ITS COLLABORATORS AND SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES THAT MAY BE CAUSED TO YOU OR OTHERS BY ANY SUCH TRANSMISSION, ERASURE OR DISABLEMENT OR BY ANY UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OR ALTERATION OF ANY SUCH INFORMATION.
DATA COLLECTION / CONSENT FOR INFORMATION DISCLOSURE. In order to perform the functions and to improve the effectiveness the Services for all users, AT&T, its pertinent suppliers and their subsidiaries, agents and subcontractors may collect, maintain, process, use, and disclose Enhanced Home Network Data. This may include diagnostic, technical, usage and related information on such things as:
- the type of devices you allow to connect to your home network (your devices);
- the operating systems those devices are running;
- the applications and files present on those devices;
- the results of any scans performed by the Services; and
- actions you take as a result of any virus or malware notifications.
We also may collect information about how the Services behave in your home network, how your devices and/or the applications installed on your devices communicate and the network services with which your devices communicate in order to determine if any devices or applications are behaving maliciously (for example, communicating with a server known to host phishing websites). For the ID monitoring feature, the personal information you provide in the app, including your email address, phone number, driver’s license number, medical ID, and passport number will be shared in an encrypted form with AT&T’s third-party vendor and its subcontractor and stored in their secure servers. You hereby consent to the collection, disclosure and use of this data. You further agree to notify any users you permit to access the internet via your internet service concerning this disclosure of such information, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to agree to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, including in this paragraph, on behalf of yourself and users of your internet service.
You represent and warrant that you will use the Services (and any of the information therein) to protect against or prevent actual fraud, unauthorized access to your data, claims or other liabilities, and not for any other purpose. In order to promote awareness, detection and prevention of Internet security risks, AT&T or its vendors may share certain information anonymized with research organizations and other security software vendors.
Certain account information and other information we collect about telecommunications services you purchase from us, may be considered customer proprietary network information (CPNI). You have the right to restrict the use and disclosure of your CPNI, and AT&T has a duty to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. Restricting the use of your CPNI will not affect any other service(s) to which you currently subscribe from AT&T. However, it may prevent you from being able to use some or all of the Services, since CPNI is necessary to perform the functions of the Services. Your CPNI authorization is effective until you revoke it, which you may do by cancelling the Service as set forth in this Agreement. Please note that simply deleting the Smart Home Manager Application or any other application AT&T makes available for use with the Services will not cancel the Service.
