Out Going Call Control

Out Going Call Control gives you the ability to allow or restrict calls. With this service you can create an exemption list to:

  • Long Distance numbers (up to 20 numbers)
  • International numbers (up to 10 numbers)
  • 900/976 numbers (up to 10 numbers)
This service also allows you to select all or some categories of calls to restrict, and provides you with an authorization code to override the restriction.

Out Going Call Control also prevents any operator or completion calls to be charged to your number.

To use Outgoing Call Control

  • Call toll-free 1-866-747-7774 to initiate your service settings.
  • Enter your 4-digit PIN, which is the last four digits of your phone number.
  • You are now at the Main Menu.
  • Follow the prompts.


Main Menu options:
For long distance call control, press 1, then an option:

  • To allow long distance calls, press 1
  • To restrict, press 2
  • To add an exception, press 3
  • To review or delete, press 4

For international call control, press 2, then an option:

  • To allow international calls, press 1
  • To restrict, press 2
  • To add an exception, press 3
  • To review or delete, press 4

For 900 and 976 call control, press 3, then an option:

  • To allow 900 and 976 calls, press 1
  • To restrict, press 2
  • To add an exception, press 3
  • To review or delete, press 4

For Directory Assistance call control, press 4, then an option:

  • To allow Directory Assistance, press 1
  • To restrict, press 2
