Usage Charges are items associated with using your service. They may include IP Video or TV charges for movie rentals, summaries of calls included in your AT&T Phone service plan, and details of calls that are above and beyond your phone plan.
View your U-verse TV Usage Log in to your online U-verse account and select U-verse TV Usage, just below the TV section of the Account page.
Note: There are delays in reporting and processing call or data records. It may take up to 2-5 days for usage on the AT&T network to show up in any usage category. Additional delays may occur due to technical difficulties.
