Qualifying outages

We’ll send you an email if you have an AT&T Guarantee-eligible outage. These include:

  • Wireless: Downtime lasting 60 minutes or more caused by a single incident impacting 10 or more towers. Restrictions and exclusions apply.
  • AT&T Business Fiber: Downtime lasting 20 minutes or more. Restrictions and exclusions apply.
  • AT&T Dedicated Internet: Downtime lasting 20 minutes or more.  Restrictions and exclusions apply.

If you’re part of an AT&T Guarantee-eligible outage, we’ll send you an email. Here’s what to do:

  1. Select the link in your email.
  2. Follow the prompts to review your benefit options.
  3. Choose your benefit.
