AT&T Roadside Assistance:
Specifics:
• AT&T Roadside Assistance costs $2.99/month per enrolled phone. Charges will be automatically billed to your AT&T wireless account.
• Coverage is active 24 hours after enrollment.
• Membership benefits include up to four service events per calendar year, with a $75 maximum benefit applied to each service event.
• AT&T Roadside Assistance is linked to the subscriber’s enrolled wireless phone. The subscriber must have the enrolled device on-site and must provide the enrolled wireless phone number, including area code, when calling for assistance.
• Membership benefit covers light-duty passenger cars and trucks only.
• Membership benefit is not valid when operating the vehicle off-road.
• You can cancel your membership at any time. Just log on to the MyATT app, go to your wireless account at att.com/myatt, or by calling 800-331-0500.
What is covered:
• Towing for mechanical failures only. Accident towing is not covered.
• Jump-start service for a dead battery.
• Flat tire assistance using your spare.
• Gas or diesel fuel delivery (up to 3 gallons).
• Lockout assistance.
• Key replacement assistance for lost, broken or stolen keys.
• Minor/temporary adjustments that can be made on-site to restore vehicle operation.
• Winching service from a place that is accessible from a normally travelled roadway.
Restrictions:
• AT&T Roadside Assistance is not a reimbursement program. The subscriber must call AT&T Roadside Assistance before service is rendered.
• Recreational vehicles (RVs), motorcycles, boats, trailers and/or vehicles with more than 2 axles and/or more than 4 wheels are not covered.
• AT&T Roadside Assistance provides service for a maximum of four events per year. After four service events, or for services that are not included in the program, AT&T Roadside Assistance will offer to arrange for service at negotiated commercial rates to be paid entirely by the customer at the time that the service is rendered. Additional service event charges cannot be billed to the wireless account.
