AT&T SIGNATURE PROGRAM SERVICE DISCOUNTS:

Available to qualified employees, students & other authorized individuals associated with eligible companies, universities & other sponsoring organizations with a qualifying service agreement (Business Agreement). Must validate eligibility online or provide valid employee badge/paystub, student ID, or other approved proof of eligibility in authorized retail store & subscribe to service under an individual responsibility account for which the qualifying individual is personally liable. Discount subject to Business Agreement & may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued without notice. Discount may vary monthly. Applies only to recurring monthly service charge of qual. voice & data plans (unless otherwise provided in Business Agreement). Combinable only with eligible wireless plans (however, other discounts may apply). Ineligible plans include AT&T Unlimited Plus℠, AT&T Unlimited Choice℠, AT&T Unlimited Plus Enhanced℠, AT&T Unlimited Choice Enhanced, AT&T Unlimited Value, AT&T Unlimited Starter℠, AT&T Unlimited Extra℠, and AT&T Unlimited EliteSM. MOBILE SHARE PLUS PLANS: Prices are for service only and include monthly plan charge for talk, text and data and a per device monthly access charge for access to such services. Other monthly charges are extra. Access Charges: For each device on your plan, a monthly access charge of $10 to $40 also applies. Single Line: Plan is for one phone line only and monthly plan charge is $40 for 3GB or $50 for 9GB before discounts. Device monthly access charge is extra. Multi-Line: Plan is for 2 to 10 lines and monthly plan charge is $60 for 3GB and $80 for 9GB. Per device monthly access charges are extra. Single Phone Line Discount: Monthly $20 (3GB plan) or $30 (9GB plan) discount applied to your plan charge if you have only one phone line on a multi-line plan. Discount starts w/in 2 bill cycles. AutoPay & Paperless Bill (ABP) Discount: $10 per month discount for one or fewer phone lines; $20 per month for two or more phone lines. Requires being active & enrolled in both paperless billing & AutoPay. Discount starts w/in 2 bill cycles. Employees and retirees are not eligible for ABP Discount. Eligibility: Consumers only. Other Mobile Share plans may have been retired. If on a retired Mobile Share plan, you may upgrade and add or remove lines. If you want to change your high-speed data allotment, you must pick from a currently available plan. Devices: Limit 10 per plan (sold separately). Data: For use in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (the “Domestic Coverage Area” or “DCA”) and in Mexico. Additional or promotional data may not be available for use outside the DCA. Video Streaming: For content we can identify as video, speed will be limited to Standard Definition quality. If two or more tethered devices are watching video from the same source at the same time, we may identify it as a single video and slow the speeds collectively to a max of 1.5 Mbps, which may impair your ability to watch video on these tethered devices. You can pause video on all but one of the tethered devices or watch from different sources to resolve this issue. Other restrictions apply.Overage Charges and Data Speeds: No charge for overage. However, after all your high-speed data allotments are used, all data usage is slowed to a max of 128 Kbps for the rest of the bill cycle. During that period, you will have basic data use for viewing a web page or checking email. Audio and video streaming, apps and services, picture and video messaging, as well as other data usage, including usage of data that is sponsored, will be impacted and may not be fully functional. Tethering and Mobile Hotspot: use for up to five (5) simultaneous devices. Tethering requires compatible device. Restrict Usage: Authorized users on the account may temporarily suspend data access for each device on the plan. Data access will be restored at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Monthly charges continue to apply. Rollover Data: Unused data from the monthly plan allowance rounds up to the nearest MB and carries over for one billing period. Rollover Data automatically expires after one billing period or with any plan change (such as changing data amounts or termination). Rollover Data is used after your monthly plan allowance. Rollover Data is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable. UNLIMITED TALK: For phones only. Includes unlimited calls within the DCA and within Mexico). (see Wireless Customer Agreement at att.com/wca. Unlimited Talk to Mexico: For phones only. Includes unlimited International Long Distance (ILD) calling from the DCA to Mexico only. You may be charged for calls to special or premium service numbers. Calls to Other Countries: Select plans also allow calling from the DCA and/or Mexico to countries other than Mexico. Per minute pay-per-use rates apply unless an ILD service package is added to the line placing such calls. Rates subject to change without notice.
