In this tutorial, you will learn how to:
 

• Activate visual voicemail
• Enable voicemail transcriptions
 

 

Activate visual voicemail

1. To activate visual voicemail, you must first dial into your voicemail. From the home screen, select the Phone app icon Phone app then select the dialpad icon. Select and hold the 1 key.

2. Select the Keypad icon, then enter your voicemail password. Visual voicemail is now enabled.

 

Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.

3. From the Phone app, select the Voicemail tab. Review the Introducing visual voicemail prompt, then select OK, got it.

Enable voicemail transcriptions

1. From the home screen, select the Phone app icon Phone app > Menu icon Menu icon > Settings.

2. Select Voicemail, then select the Voicemail transcription switch to enable voicemail transcriptions.
