Warranty & Support

For warranty support, go to pcsupport.lenovo.com from any device. From there, you can submit a ticket online by entering the model and serial number of your device.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

• Submit a ticket

View warranty and serial number

1. From the home screen, select the Lenovo Commercial Vantage.

Note: Select the Lenovo license Agreement and Lenovo Privacy Policy to review as desired. Select the desired checkboxes, then select LET'S GO.

2. Your device's serial number will be displayed. To view information regarding your warranty, select VIEW WARRANTY OPTIONS.

Submit a ticket

1. From the pcsupport.lenovo.com website, enter in your device's Serial Number in the Search bar at the top of the website or select Detect Product to download and install the Lenovo Service Bridge to automatically detect your device's serial number. 

Note: IF you select Detect Product, you will be prompted to select the I have read and agree to the Lenovo Service Bridge Terms and Conditions and Lenovo Privace Statement checkbox, then select Continue to proceed.

2. Scroll to and select the desired device support option that you are seeking. Select Contact Us to reach out to Lenovo's support team directly.
