Back up your device
1. From your paired device, navigate to and select theÂ

2. SelectÂ
Watch settings, then scroll to and selectÂ
Accounts and backup.

3. If desired, select theÂ
Auto back up switch. To manually back up data, selectÂ
Back up data.Â

4. Select the desiredÂ
options to back up, then selectÂ
Back up. Select
Done when finished.

Restore your device from a backup
1. From the Account and backup screen in the Wearable app on your paired device, select Restore data. Select the desired device to back up from.

2. Select the desired options to back up, then select Restore. When your data has been restored, select Done.
