Find IMEI, Phone & Serial Number

Learn how locate your device's IMEI, serial number, and phone number.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

• View phone number
• View IMEI Number

View phone number

1. From the home screen, press the OK key to access the Apps tray. Press the navigational buttons to highlight the Settings app, then press the OK key to select.

2.  Press the right or left button to navigate to the Device tab. Ensure that Device information is highlighted then press the OK key to select. The device's Phone number will be displayed.

View IMEI Number


From the Device Information screen, press the down button to scroll to and highlight More information then press the OK key. Press the down button to scroll to and view the IMEI number.

Note: You can also view your IMEI by entering *#06# from the keypad.  To view the IMEI on the hardware, remove the back of the device and the battery. The IMEI number will be displayed.
