Notifications & Alerts

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

 

• Quickly access and respond to notifications
• Access notification settings
• Turn on or off notification badges
• Turn lock screen notifications on or off
• Turn notifications on or off on a per-app basis
• Adjust notification sounds
 

1. Swipe down from the Notification bar. Notifications will be displayed.



2. To respond to a notification, select the drop-down icon then select the desired response or action.

1. Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the  Settings icon.

2. Select Notifications. Edit notification settings as desired. 

1. From the Notifications screen, select Advanced settings. 



2. Scroll to and select the App icon badges switch.

1. From the Settings screen, select Notifications then select Lock screen notifications. 



2. Select the On/Off switch.

1. From the Settings screen, scroll to and select Apps, then select the desired app.



2. Select Notifications. 



3. Select the Allow notifications switch. 

Note: To enable or disable app icon badges, select Badge under Notification types after turning on the Allow notifications switch.

1. From the Settings screen, select Sound then select Notification sound.



2. Select the desired sound, then select the Back arrow.
