In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

Remove back cover

Remove the back cover by inserting your thumbnail into the notch on the bottom right of the device and pulling down. 

Insert SIM & microSD card

Insert the Nano-SIM card into the SIM slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched edge going in first. Push until it is all the way in.

Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched edge going in first. Push until it is all the way in.

Remove SIM & microSD card

To remove the microSD card, simply slide it out.

Note: To prevent data corruption, it is recommended to unmount your memory card before removing it. To unmount your memory card, from the home screen swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers > select the Settings icon > Storage > Eject icon.



To remove the Nano-SIM card, slide the red lever to the right then slide the Nano-SIM card out.

Note: If you have a microSD card installed, you must remove the microSD card first.

Replace back cover

Place the cover on the back of the phone and gently push in until the cover clicks. The cover should be flush with the rest of the device.
