Update software

1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Swipe down from the Notification bar twice.
3. Scroll to and select Settings, then System update.
4. Select Check for update. If the device is open, Check for update will display on the other screen.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.

Verify software update

1. Swipe down from the Notification bar twice and select Settings.
2. Scroll to and select About.
3. Scroll down to view the Android and Build number. If the Android version and Build number don’t match the current update; perform additional updates until they do.

• After installing the software update, visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any additional issues with your device or services.
