Manage messaging settings such as notification alerts, Advanced Messaging, message limits, restore default settings, and emergency/AMBER alert settings.

Access messaging settings
1. From the home screen, select theÂ
 Messaging app.2. Select the
Menu icon, then select Settings.
Access messaging settings options
Select the desired option to access the desired settings. Select Advanced to access Advanced message settings.Â
• TURN NOTIFICATIONS ON OR OFF: Select the Notifications switch.
• ACCESS MMS SETTINGS: From the Advanced settings screen, select the desired switches under MMS.
• ACCESS MMS SETTINGS: From the Advanced settings screen, select the desired switches under MMS.

Enable/disable Emergency Alerts
1. Swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers, then select the 
Settings icon.Â
2. Select Network & internet, then select Advanced.
3. Select Wireless Emergency Alerts.
4. Select the Menu icon, then select Settings.
