Call Features

In-call Options

• While on an active call, the following options will be available:
  
  
  
  
  • MUTE/UNMUTE: Select the Left Directional key to select the Mute icon.
  • ENABLE/DISABLE SPEAKERPHONE: Select the Up Directional key to select the Speaker icon.
  • ADD CALL: Select the Down Directional key to select the Add Call icon then follow the prompts.
  • HOLD/RESUME CALL: Select the Right Directional key to select the Hold call icon.
  • END CALL: Select the End Call/Power key.
    
    

Advanced Call Features

• USE SPEED DIAL: From the Phone app, press and hold the desired speed dial number.
  
  
  
  
• USE YOUR PHONE WHILE ON AN ACTIVE CALL: Press the Back key to access the home screen. To return to an active call, press the Options key > Select key to select My Notifications > directional keys to highlight the Active Call > Select key. 
  
  
  
  
• DECLINE A CALL WITH A TEXT MESSAGE: When receiving a call, press the Options key to decline the call and send a text message. Press the directional keys to scroll to the desired text message or Write your own... then press the Select key.
  
  Note: To edit text message options, from the Phone app, press the Options key > down directional key to scroll to Call settings > Select key > Select key to select Quick responses > down directional key to scroll to desired message to edit > Select key > edit message as desired > directional key to highlight OK > Select key.
