Change volume settings, ringtones, and notification alerts.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- ADJUST RING VOLUME: Press the Up or Down volume buttons on the left side of the device.
- ACTIVATE VIBRATE MODE: Press the Volume down button until the Vibrate icon appears. When Vibrate mode is active, the Vibrate mode icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.
- ACTIVATE SILENT MODE: Press the Volume down button until the Silent icon appears. When Silent mode is active, the Silent mode icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.
- ACCESS ADDITIONAL VOLUME SETTINGS: From the home screen, press the App tray button > down directional button to highlight Settings > Select button > down directional button to highlight the desired sound option > press the left or right directional button to adjust the volume as desired.
- CHANGE RINGTONE: From the Sound screen, press the down directional button to scroll to Phone ringtone > press the Select button > up or down directional buttons to highlight the desired ringtone > Select button.

- CHANGE NOTIFICATION RINGTONE: From the Sound screen, press the down directional button to highlight Default notification ringtone > press the Select button > up or down directional buttons to highlight the desired ringtone > Select button.
- CHANGE PROFILE: Your device has different profiles for different situations. Profiles set your device's volume to the appropriate level for any situation. To change the Profile, press the left directional button to accces Quick Settings. Press the down directional button to highlight Profiles, then press the Select button.
Note: Alternately, you can quickly rotate through profiles by pressing and holding the Speaker button.
- Press the down directional button to highlight the desired profile, then press the Select button.
