App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear your app cache, swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon from the Shortcuts tab.

  2. Scroll to and select Apps.

  3. Select Desired app.

  4. Select Storage.

  5. Select Clear cache.

  6. To stop an app via the Usage Manager in the apps tab open the Usage Manager app.

  7. Select Close all to stop all running apps, or select 'X' mark next to a single desired app.

  8. To see if an app update is available, select the Play Store icon.

  9. Select the Menu icon.

  10. Select My apps & games.

  11. Select the Desired app you would like to update.

  14. To remove an app, select UNINSTALL.

  16. To reinstall, select INSTALL.
