App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. CLEAR APP CACHE: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon > Apps > desired app > Storage > CLEAR CACHE.

  2. FORCE STOP AN APP: From the App info screen, select FORCE STOP. Select FORCE STOP to confirm.

  3. CHECK FOR APP UPDATE: From the home screen, select the Play Store app > Menu icon > My apps & games > desired app > UPDATE.
    Note: From the My apps & games screen, select UPDATE ALL to download all available app updates.

  4. REMOVE AN APP: From the desired app page in the Play Store, select UNINSTALL. Select OK to confirm.

  5. REINSTALL AN APP: From the desired app page, select INSTALL.
