In-Call Options
Learn what features are available while on an active call. Access in-call options such as the add call, speaker, keypad, Bluetooth, and mute icons. Adjust volume settings while on a call. Place a call on hold. Access the home screen while on a call, return to the call screen, and end a call.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- ACCESS IN-CALL OPTIONS: Select the corresponding icon.
Note: When in "Easy" mode, you can't mute a call, place a call on hold, create a conference call, or access advanced settings.
- ADJUST VOLUME: Press the Volume buttons to adjust the device volume.
- PLACE CALL ON HOLD: Select the Menu icon, then select Hold.
- MENU KEY OPTIONS: Select the Menu icon. Select Turn on extra volume to make the call louder. Select Add to contacts to add the number of the current call to your contacts. Select Send message to send a text message while on a call.
- ACCESS HOME SCREEN: Select the Home key.
- RETURN TO CALL: Select the Phone icon in the Notification bar.
Note: You can also return to an Active call by swiping down from the Notification bar and selecting the Active call notification.
- END CALL:Â Select the End call icon.
