S Health

Use S Health to help manage your health by tracking statistics and your exercise program.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. Samsung S Health turns your device into a personal-health-management powerhouse. You can track health statistics, like blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and weight. You can view and track environmental conditions, and even track your exercise regimen. To access the S Health app, from the clock screen press the Power/Home button.

  2. Rotate the bezel to and select the Samsung Health app.

  3. Rotate the bezel to and select Steps to view the Pedometer.
    Note: The pedometer tracks your steps, select for more detailed step information.

  4. Rotate the bezel to and select Exercise to view the Exercise app. Select WORKOUT to begin tracking the desired option.
    Note: The exercise app helps you keep track of your exercise routines, calories burned, length of time and distance traveled.

  5. Rotate the bezel to and select Heart rate, then select MEASURE to measure your heart rate.
