ACCESS FIT APP: With the Google Fit app, you can measure, track, and store your fitness information. To quickly access the Fit app, press the Top-right Side button. Note: You can also access the Fit app from the apps list. Press the Rotating Side button thenselect the Fit app.
Select the Arrow icon.
Scroll down to view your fitness goals, daily progress and heart rate.
ADD GOAL: Select Add goal.
Select a provided goal or scroll down to Create your own.
EDIT/DELETE A GOAL: Select the middle of the screen.
Select Edit goal and edit your goal as desired or select Delete goal to remove a goal.
CHOOSE/BEGIN WORKOUT: Select the Running icon at the bottom of the screen to choose and begin a workout.
Select the desired workout, then follow the prompts to begin.
EDIT APPLICATION SETTINGS: Select Settings.
Select Fit account to switch between registered accounts. Select Edit profile to enter profile details such as gender, height, and weight.
