Change or Reset Voicemail Password
Reset a forgotten password or change an existing voicemail password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To change your voicemail password, from the home screen, select the Phone app.
- Select the Keypad icon.
- Select the Visual Voicemail icon.
- Select the Menu icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your Desired password, confirm your Desired password, then select Continue.
Note: Alternatively, can change your voicemail password by calling in to the voicemail IVR. To change your voicemail password via the IVR, you must know your current voicemail password. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
