App troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.

  3. Under APPS tab, tap Application manager.

  4. Scroll to, then tap the Desired app.

  5. To force stop the app, tap FORCE STOP

  6. To clear cache data, tap Storage.

  7. Tap CLEAR CACHE.

  8. To uninstall an app from the Play Store, tap the apps icon.

  9. Swipe to and tap the Play Store Icon.

  10. Tap the Menu icon.

  11. Tap My apps & games.

  12. Scroll to, then tap the Desired app.

  13. Tap UNINSTALL.
    Note: Some preinstalled apps can not be uninstalled, some can only be disabled.

  14. Tap OK.

  15. To reinstall the app, tap INSTALL.

  16. To update an app, from My apps, scroll to, then tap the desired app marked with UPDATE.

  17. Tap UPDATE.

  18. Tap ACCEPT.
