Take a picture

Take a screenshot, edit a picture or video, use the front and rear camera, and switch between camera and video modes.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. From the home screen, tap the Camera icon.
    Note: You can also access the camera from the lock scren by tapping the Camera icon, and sliding it to the left.

  2. Tap the Switch camera icon to change between front and rear cameras.

  3. To focus, tap the Desired focus point. A circle will appear around the tapped point.

  4. To zoom in, tap with two fingers and spread fingers apart.

  5. To zoom out, tap with two fingers spread apart and move together.

  6. Tap the Camera icon to take a photo.

  7. Access saved pictures or videos in the Gallery. Tap the Gallery icon to view your images.
    Note: To edit photos to go Gallery > Desired photo > Edit icon.

  8. This device has a 8MP rear-facing camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. 
    Note: To take a screen shot, press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons at the same time. To view captured screen shots, in the Photos app tap the Menu icon > Device folders > Screenshot folder.
