Secure my device
Lock or unlock your display, set a screen security lock type (pin, password, pattern, or fingerprint), get your PUK code, or request your device be unlocked from the AT&T network.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To lock your device, flip the screen closed.
- To unlock the device, flip open the screen.
- To set a security lock on the device, from the home screen, select Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Device Settings.
- Select Security.
- Select desired option.
Note: For this example Phone Security was used.
- Toggle Phone Lock to On.
- Enter a password and press OK.
- To change the password, scroll to and select Change Password.
- Input the previous password and press OK.
- Enter a new password and press OK.
- Confirm the new password and press OK.
