Change or Reset Voicemail Password
Reset a forgotten password or change an existing voicemail password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To change your voicemail password using the Visual Voicemail app, tap the Phone icon.
Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
- From the Dial tab, tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
- Tap the Menu icon, then tap Settings.
- Tap Change voicemail password.
- Enter your desired new voicemail password, then tap Continue.
- Enter your desired new voicemail password, then tap Finish.
Note: Alternatively, you can change your voicemail password from the dial pad by pressing and holding the 1-key to access the voicemail system > enter your existing password > 4-key > 2-key > 1-key. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
