1. Accessibility features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity. To access accessibility features, swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers and tap the Settings icon.
   
2. Scroll to and tap Accessibility.
   
3. From this screen you can adjust a number of Accesibility features. To turn on TalkBalk, tap TalkBack.
   
4. Tap the TalkBack toggle.
   
5. Tap OK.
   
6. To turn off TalkBack, double tap TalkBack toggle.
   
7. Double tap OK.
