LOG IN TO NUMBERSYNC™: With AT&T NumberSync™, once you sync devices to your smartphone number, you can make and receive voice or video calls from whatever device you choose. Video calls require an AT&T Video Call-capable smartphone. Your smartphone number will display on the call recipients caller ID. To set up NumberSync, from the home screen select the Phone app. Note: Visit Learn how to use NumberSync for Android tablets for more information.
Review the AT&T NumberSync prompt, then select OK.
Enter your myAT&T User ID and Password for the smartphone number you would like to sync with your tablet, then select CONTINUE. Note: A text message will be sent to the number linked with your User ID. Reply with the provided code word to complete the log in process. Visit Set up NumberSync for Android tablets for details.
Select the Edit icon to the right of the desired address.Â
Enter your emergency address and information, then select SAVE.
Select the desired default address, then select Next.
Enter a Device name, then select Done.
When NumberSync is activated, the NumberSync icon will appear in the Notification bar. Note: For information on how to make and receive calls from your tablet, see the Make & Receive a Call and Make & Receive an AT&T Video Call tutorials.
LOG OUT FROM NUMBERSYNC: From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar then select the Settings icon.
Select Cloud and accounts, then select Accounts.
Select AT&T NumberSync.
Select LOG OUT. Note: You will be prompted to select OK to confirm.
NumberSync for Android Tablets: Requires smartphone set up for HD voice on AT&T postpaid wireless account & compatible tablet. To use NumberSync for video calls on tablet, phone must be video call capable. Device Limit: Sync up to 5 tablets. Charges: When tablet not connected to Wi-Fi, data usage rates apply to voice & video calls on tablet. International calls sent on tablet incur charges consistent with phone’s rate plan or international package. Roaming: Cannot use NumberSync outside US, PR, or USVI.  Calls via NumberSync cannot be used with TTY & will not support 911 TTY calls. Instead, dial 911 with a TTY from a wireless phone on a cellular network or landline phone; or text 911 directly, where available; or call 911 through relay service using TTY or IP CTS from a wireless phone on a cellular network or landline phone; or use IP Relay or IP CTS from a capable device.
