Software Version

Determine your current device software version and check for updates.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.

    Note: The images and steps in this tutorial reflect the latest software version 9. For more information on the latest update available for your device, check att.com/softwareupdates.

    Step 1

  2. Scroll to and select About tablet.

    Step 2

  3. Select Software information.

    Step 3

  4. The Android version and Baseband version will be displayed.

    Step 4

  5. CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES: From the Settings screen, scroll to and select Software update.

    Step 5

  6. Select Check for updates.

    Step 6

  7. Select OK.

    Note: If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to perform the update. If an update is not available, select OK.
