When a call is blocked, it is routed directly to voicemail. The call blocking feature may not affect phone calls made or received via third-party apps installed on your device. Please contact third party app developers for assistance with such applications.

Block and Unblock numbers

BLOCK:

1. From the Dial tab in the Phone app, select the menu Menu icon in the Search field then select Settings.
Note: To use Wi-FI calling from your tablet, you must update your device to the most current software version and set up NumberSync.

• The following options are available:

• ADD PHONE NUMBER: Enter the desired number then select the Add icon.
• CONTACTS: Select Contacts then navigate to and select the desired contact.
• BLOCK UNKNOWN NUMBERS: Select the Block unknown callers switch.
• RECENT CALL: Select Recents then select the desired number.
