- From the home screen, press the Messages button.
- Choose a recipient and press the OK button, or press the Left Soft Key for options to enter a phone number or email.
- Press the Right Soft Key to Compose.
- Enter your text message and press the OK button.
- To add a picture, press the Right Soft Key for Insert.
- Select Picture to choose a photo from your album, or select Take New Picture.
- Press the OK button to send.
- When a new text or picture message is received, the New Message icon will display in the notification bar.
- To view a message, from the Messages screen, select Inbox.
Note: Access the Messages screen by selecting Menu>Messages
- Select View.
- Select View.
- To view an attachment, select Options.
- Select View Attachment.
- Select View.
- To save the attachment, select Save.
- Rename as desired, then select Save.
Note: Saved attachments can be found in Menu>My Folder>Pictures.
- To reply, select Reply.
Note: To reply all, select Reply All.
- Enter the desired message, then press OK.
- Select Send.
- To forward a message, from the Options menu, select Forward.
- Select the desired recipient(s). Then select Compose.
- Select Send.
- To delete a message, from the Options menu. select Delete.
- Select Yes.
- To delete a conversation thread, from the Conversation list, select Options.
- Select Delete.
- Select Yes.
