Software Version

Determine your current device software version and check for updates.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. VIEW SOFTWARE INFORMATION: Swipe down from Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.

  2. Scroll to and select System. Scroll to and select About phone.

    Step 2

  3. Scroll down to view the Android version and Baseband version.

    Step 3

  4. CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES: From the System screen, select System updates.

    Note: For more information on the latest update available for your device, check att.com/softwareupdates.

    Step 4

  5. The device will begin checking for an update. If an update is available, select Install then follow the prompts to update your device.

    Note: If the device is up to date, select Done.
