Before you use the watch for the first time, you should charge the battery. Use the charger included with the watch to charge the device's battery. Note: The battery comes partially charged. When new, a fully discharged battery requires approximately 40 minutes to charge to 50% and 120 minutes to charge to 100%. Battery life and charge cycles vary by use and settings.
To charge the watch, locate the charging terminals on both the watch and the charger.
Place the watch on the charger and make sure that the charging terminals are aligned with each other.
Connect the charger to a power outlet. If your watch is turned off, it will turn on automatically. Note: You can also charge the device's battery using a computer. Simply connect the computer to the charger using the USB cable included with the watch. Your device charges quicker using a power outlet then when connected to a laptop or other power source.
When you connect your watch to the charger the current battery level will display. To use your watch while its charging, press the Power button or swipe from left to right across the watch face. While charging the Charging icon will display on the watch face.
To display the current battery level, from the watch face, swipe down from the top of the screen.
When the watch battery is fully charged, disconnect the device from the charger.
If the battery is getting low, the battery icon is displayed as empty. If the battery charge is completely empty, the watch cannot be turned on immediately after connecting the charger. Leave an empty battery to charge for a few minutes before turning the device on. Some features are not available while the battery is charging.
