Heart Rate Sensor

Measure your heart rate from your watch.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To measure your heart rate, from the watch face, say “Ok Google” to display the "Speak now" prompt.
    Note: If your watch doesn't respond, tap the screen to wake it up.

  2. Say "Show me my heart rate".
    Note: You can also press and hold the Power button, swipe to and tap Fit, and then swipe right to left to take your heart rate.

  3. Your watch will start measuring your heart rate. After a short period of time, you will see your heart rate on the screen along with your heart rate measurements history.
    Note: The device's heart rate measurement feature is not to be used for clinical or medical diagnosis. Follow the guidelines in Wearing the watch and Ensuring accurate measurements to make sure your heart rate measurements are accurate.

  4. To take another measurement, tap Check again.
