Email settings
Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap the Email icon.
- From the email inbox, tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- To add an account, tap Add account.
- Enter your Email address and password, tap NEXT and follow the on-screen prompts.
- To change account settings, from the Email settings screen, tap the Desired account.
- Tap the Signature toggle to turn your signature on or off.
- To edit the signature, tap Signature.
- Edit as desired and then tap DONE.
- To adjust the email sync frequency, tap Sync settings.
- Adjust settings as desired, then tap the Back key.
- To change incoming and outgoing server settings, scroll down to MORE SETTINGS.
- Tap Exchange server settings.
- Make Desired changes and then tap DONE.
- To delete an account from your device, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
- Tap REMOVE to confirm.
