App troubleshooting

Use application manager and usage manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear app cache, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.

  3. Swipe to the ALL tab and tap the desired application.

  4. Tap CLEAR CACHE.

  5. To stop an app, from the home screen swipe to and tap the AT&T folder.

  6. Tap Usage Manager.

  7. Tap the Desired app.

  8. Tap STOP.

  10. To update an app, from the Play store, tap the Menu tab.

  11. Tap My apps.

  12. Tap on desired application that requires an UPDATE.

  13. Tap UPDATE.

  15. To uninstall an app, tap UNINSTALL.

  17. To re-install, tap INSTALL.
