Surface Pen

Use a Surface Pen (Sold separately) with your Surface.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. The Surface Pen lets you write, draw and create on your Surface just as you would on paper.
    Note: The Surface Pen is sold separately.

  2. To pair your Surface Pen with your Surface, swipe from the right edge of the Start screen to access the Charm bar.

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. Tap Change PC settings.

  5. Tap PC and Devices.

  6. Tap Bluetooth.

  7. Toggle Bluetooth on.

  8. On your Surface Pen, press and hold the Button on the top of the pen until a green light appears.

  9. In a few moments your surface pen will appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices. Tap Surface Pen.

  10. Tap Pair.

  11. Your Surface Pen is now connected.

  12. One click on the Surface Pen opens a blank OneNote page u even if your Surface is locked or asleep. Notes are saved automatically.

  13. Tap drag Across the screen with the tip of the Surface Pen to draw. Note: For this demonstration, Fresh Paint was used.

  14. Press and hold the Top button to right click and use the Surface Pen as you would a computer mouse.

  15. Press and hold the Bottom button to use the Surface Pen as an eraser.
