Insert SIM & memory card

Install and remove the SIM and memory card (MicroSD).

  1. Remove the Back cover by gently lifting up from the slot.

  2. With the metal contacts facing down, insert the Micro-SIM card into the SIM card slot until it clicks into place. To remove the SIM card, push on it until it clicks, and then slide it up, away from the slot.

  3. To expand the storage capacity of device, you can use a microSD card up to 64GB (sold separately). Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot, making sure the metal contacts are facing down, until it clicks into place. To remove the SD card, push on it until it clicks, and then slide it down, away from the slot. 
    Note: To prevent data corruption, it is recommended to unmount your memory card before removing it. To unmount your memory card, tap Settings >  Storage > Unmount external storage > OK.

  4. Replace the Back cover and press firmly into place.

  5. If a microSIM card is not in the device, the Missing SIM alert will be displayed on the screen.
