Change or Reset Voicemail Password
Reset a forgotten password or change an existing voicemail password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
Note: To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
- Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Change voicemail password.
- Enter the Existing password and tap Continue.
- Enter the Desired password and tap Continue.
- Re-enter the Desired password and tap Finish.
Note: Alternatively, you can change your voicemail password by dialing in to your voicemail box. Tap the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1-key > Enter current password (if prompted) > From the main voicemail menu, tap the 4-key > 2-key > 1-key > 1-key.
