How to troubleshoot the voicemail feature.

- To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
- From the home screen, tap Apps.
Note: The Visual Voicemail app must be downloaded for this process to work.
- Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
- Press the Menu key.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Change voicemail password.
Note: Alternatively, to change the voicemail password by calling into the IVR service, from the home screen, tap 'Phone' > Tap the Voicemail icon, or press and hold the 1 icon on the keypad > Enter your current password (if prompted) > From the main voicemail menu, tap the 4 key > 2 key > 1 key > 1 key.
- Enter the current PIN, then tap Continue.
- Enter the new PIN, then tap Continue.
- Re-enter the new PIN, then tap Finish.
